It started the day we got booked on our first file together. Somewhere between tight deadlines, questionable office coffee, and Alessia taking selfies of us on her KPMG laptop, we became good friends. Laughing at the same things, grabbing food between meetings, and texting about everything except the file we were supposed to be auditing.

After a year of this, Matthew finally asked her out. She said yes. He quit KPMG the following week. (We're still debating whether those two events are related.)

Our first date went amazing. At the end of a long workday, we slipped out for a bite and a drink, and it just clicked. Afterwards, Matthew drove Alessia home to RDP, did the math on the gas, and decided it was entirely worth it. Many more followed: weekend drives in the Crosstrek, a thorough audit of every serious pasta spot in Montréal, and our first trip to Disney World, where we proved we could laugh through 100-degree weather and still come home more than excited to plan the next trip. Life has never been better.

When we pictured what our wedding day should feel like, the answer was clear. Chaotic, in the best way. Filled with laughs, drinks, amazing food, and all the friends and family we love. A church that is special to Alessia and her family, a lakeside venue that was the first one we saw (and we immediately knew it would be the last), and a dance floor we fully intend to close down.

Come hungry. Come thirsty. Come ready to dance. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Alessia
Amaretto Sour · Her forever order
The drink Alessia has had one too many of at every single one of her parents' Italian association events. A staple of her Saturday nights since age eighteen.
Matthew
Mojito · His forever order
The drink Matthew shamelessly orders every single time he goes out. Learned from his dad at sixteen, ordered with confidence ever since, at any bar or restaurant, even if it isn't on the menu.

The ceremony is at Mission Maria Ausiliatrice (a Catholic mass at 2:00 PM in Rivière-des-Prairies), and the reception, from cocktails through dancing, is at Château Vaudreuil in Vaudreuil-Dorion. The two are roughly 55 km apart (45 to 60 minutes by car).

We completely understand. Cocktails at Château Vaudreuil begin at 5:00 PM — come join us there. We're excited to see you, drink with you, and close down the dance floor together.

Formal attire. Think tuxedos, suits, floor-length or cocktail dresses, and shoes you can actually dance in. No jean shorts, no cargos, and nothing you would catch Borat in.

Yes. At the church, there is a parking lot on site as well as street parking in the surrounding area. At the reception, you can park at the hotel and take the complimentary valet to the venue, or park directly outside Pavillon Hall.

Your invitation will specify. If it's addressed to you "and guest", then yes, please include their name when you RSVP. If the invitation does not specify, feel free to reach out to Alessia or Matthew directly. All guests must confirm by July 1st at the latest.

Officially, yes (briefly, in a very important capacity). Unofficially, Luca will be supervising from a comfortable location with staff dedicated to belly rubs and snack service. He sends his regards.

Reach out to us directly, or to our wedding coordinator. Contact details will be included with your formal invitation.
